Kevin Farley's Ex-girlfriend Refused Restraining Order
Kevin Farley's ex-girlfriend has been denied a restraining order against the actor.
The Curb Your Enthusiasm star's former lover Fayrene Byrd-Doig filed a request for a protection order against Farley last month, alleging he had threatened to kill her.
Farley vehemently denied the accusation, and a judge sided with the actor earlier this week when he refused to grant her an order.
Farley tells TMZ.com, "I'm just glad it's over." »

Rocky Producer To Tackle Rebekah Brooks Movie
The producer behind Rocky is set to turn former British tabloid editor Rebekah Brooks' fall from grace into a big screen movie.
Brooks quit as CEO of media mogul Rupert Murdoch's News International company in the wake of the News of the World phone hacking scandal last year. She had previously edited the defunct title as well as daily newspaper The Sun.
She was charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice earlier this week (begs14May12), and now there are plans to turn her meteoric rise to the top of British media and the subsequent demise of her career into a film.
Gene Kirkwood, who produced Sylvester Stallone's hit Rocky, insists he was drawn to Brooks' life story due to its comparison to Charles Dickens' novel Great Expectations.
He says, "She's a great story. Her rise is almost like Great Expectations - with a moral. (The film will be) a porthole into Murdoch's world. I see it as a Citizen Kane approach."
The project will start rolling when the phone hacking scandal reaches some sort of conclusion. Kirkwood adds, "As soon as there is an ending, we're going forward. Murdoch might retire - who knows?" »

Mena Suvari Reaches Out Of Court Divorce Settlement
Actress Mena Suvari has reached a divorce settlement with her estranged husband just two years after they walked down the aisle.
The American Beauty star filed for divorce from her second husband, concert promoter Simone Sestito, in January. The pair wed in Italy in 2010.
Earlier this month, Sestito demanded $17,000 (£10,000)-a-month in spousal support after growing accustomed to the star's luxurious lifestyle. In court papers he also asked for an additional $10,000 (£6,250) to pay his attorney fees.
The pair has now agreed to a settlement away from the courts, and Suvari has escaped having to pay her ex any further support, according to TMZ.com.

Nick Stahl's Wife: 'I Want My Husband To Come Home'
The wife of Terminator 3: Rise Of The MacHines star Nick Stahl has gone public with her concerns about the missing actor.
The star disappeared over a week ago and Rose Murphy Stahl filed a missing persons report on Monday, sparking a police search for the troubled actor.
So far, the authorities have no leads as to Stahl's whereabouts - but one unnamed pal told Eonline.com that he had no concerns about his famous friend's welfare, because he often takes off for days at a time.
But Murphy Stahl says, "Everyone is extremely worried about him. He has never disappeared for more than a day before. This time he has been gone for 10 days and we are extremely concerned about his well-being."
And she tells E! News, "I want my husband to come home. He is an amazing father and we miss him."
Rose filed custody papers in February to ensure that her estranged husband had only supervised visits with their two-year-old daughter, Marlo, and insisted he submit to drug tests.
However, she claims Stahl is on his way to recovery after years of drug abuse: "He wants to be well. He's a good man and we want him home so we can help him.
"It's extremely concerning that no one anywhere has seen him. I am begging everyone to keep a look out for him. His family needs him. Please help bring him home." »
Mila Kunis' Alleged Stalker Held On $150,000 Bail
A man charged with stalking actress Mila Kunis has been placed on $150,000 (£93,750) bail after pleading not guilty to the crime.
Stuart Lynn Dunn was arrested in Los Angeles earlier this month after following the Black Swan beauty to her gym three days in a row.
Kunis contacted cops on the third day after Dunn allegedly confronted her in the parking lot as she left the building, and he was subsequently charged with two counts of felony stalking.
He appeared in court on Friday and protested his innocence, but the judge expressed concerns about Dunn's behaviour and set bail at the unusually high figure of $150,000.
The judge also issued a new protective order against Dunn as part of his bail terms, banning him from going anywhere near Kunis.
The 27-year-old suspect had previously been ordered to stay away from Kunis for three years after breaking into her vacant home in January and inhabiting the property.
His next court date has been set for 31 May. »
